When you are on the Spotify URI looker-upper, select your release from the drop down menu. To check which Spotify Artist Profile your release will be mapped to on release day prior to your release date, you can simply request your URI's via DistroKid's Spotify URI Looker Upper Tool! Great news! DistroKid has a tool for that! DistroKid's Spotify Looker Upper Tool Once you have uploaded your music to DistroKid and you can see that it has been successfully sent off to services, we will need to locate your Spotify Artist URI. In order to make sure you have enough time to claim your profile, make sure to upload your music at least four weeks in advance of the release date. It's totally possible to claim your Spotify for Artists profile prior to your first ever release with a given artist name.
